This Privacy Policy describes how FusionCalc - Memo Calculator (the "App") handles your information when you install and use it on your mobile device. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Summary: FusionCalc is designed to work offline and keep your data on your device. We do not collect, sell, or share your calculations, memos, or personal information.

Information We Collect

Calculations and Memo Data

Stored On Your Device Only: All your calculations, memos, tape history, notes, saved tapes, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to our servers, and is not shared with any third parties. You retain full control over this information.

Information You Voluntarily Provide

If you contact us for support, send feedback, or report a bug, we may receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.

Automatically Collected Information

The App may collect limited, non-personal information for analytics and crash reporting purposes, including:

• Device type, model, and operating system version
• App version and language settings
• Anonymous usage statistics (e.g., features used, session duration)
• Crash logs and error reports to diagnose technical issues
• Approximate, country-level location derived from IP address (not precise GPS data)

This information is aggregated and anonymized. It cannot reasonably be used to identify you personally.

App Permissions

FusionCalc requests only the minimum permissions necessary for the features you use. Depending on your device, these may include:

• Storage / Files: Used only if you choose to export, share, or back up your tapes and memos. Required to save files to your device.
• Network / Internet: Used to deliver advertisements (in the free version), load analytics, and check for app updates. The calculator itself works fully offline.
• Notifications: Used only if you enable optional reminders or alerts. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
• Camera (if applicable): Used only if you choose to attach a photo or scanned receipt to a memo. We do not access your camera in the background.

You can review and revoke any of these permissions at any time in your device's system settings.

Advertising

The free version of FusionCalc may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners (such as Google AdMob). These partners may use cookies, advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android), and similar technologies to:

• Show you ads that may be more relevant to your interests
• Measure ad performance
• Detect and prevent fraudulent ad activity

You can limit ad tracking on your device:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

Analytics and Crash Reporting

We may use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics for Firebase or similar) and crash reporting services to understand how the App is used and to fix problems. These services may collect device identifiers and anonymous usage data on our behalf, governed by their own privacy policies.

The limited information collected through the App is used to:

• Operate the App: Provide and maintain the calculator and memo features

Because your calculations and memos are stored on your device, their security depends largely on your device's security features (passcode, biometric lock, encryption). We recommend keeping your device's operating system and the App up to date.

For data transmitted to our service providers (such as analytics or crash reports), we rely on industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) in transit. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your on-device data (calculations, memos, tapes, settings) remains on your device until you delete it. You can delete this data at any time by:

• Clearing data from within the App
• Uninstalling the App from your device
• Using your device's app data management settings

Anonymous analytics and crash data are retained by our service providers for the durations specified in their respective policies.

Children's Privacy

FusionCalc is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of personal information we hold about you
• Correct: Ask us to correct inaccurate information
